About Superior Paint & Body
As of July 2025, I will have proudly owned and operated Superior Paint & Body for three years, following approximately a year of on-site experience prior to the purchase. Before transitioning into ownership, I spent 9.5 years at another Collision Center—where I gained valuable industry experience. My career in auto body and refinishing began after earning an Associate Degree in Auto Body & Refinishing from Idaho State University’s College of Technology.
Before entering the automotive field, I worked extensively in customer service, outside sales, and the restaurant industry. These diverse roles helped shape my strong work ethic and commitment to serving others. I am a lifelong resident of Pocatello, as is my wife and co-owner, Misty. We are both deeply rooted in this community.
My passion for cars began at an early age, having grown up around the automotive scene—my family were the original founders of Street Rod of Idaho. This lifelong interest naturally led me to pursue a formal education in the trade, and eventually, to shop ownership. I've always aspired to be self-employed, not only to pursue my passion but also to create opportunities to serve and give back to the community in meaningful ways. Misty and I are committed to using our business as a platform to support and enrich the place we proudly call home.
